Meet Our Team


Pasquale Sorrentino

Chef Pasquale learned to cook in his hometown of Torre del Greco, Naples, on Italy’s beautiful Amalfi coast. He honed his skills preparing traditional Italian meals for family members before eventually bringing his talents stateside. His famous recipes, attention to detail, and commitment to using only the freshest seasonal and house-made ingredients have earned him a loyal following throughout the Rochester area, where he’s headed up the kitchen at several acclaimed restaurants. We’re excited to have Pasquale leading the way at Amore, bringing you the best Italian cuisine in town.


Bridget Williams

"I have a passion for teaching others about food and cooking techniques. I graduated from Paul Smiths College in 2002 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts and Service Management. I spent a summer in Europe, immersing myself in the culture, working in kitchens, and visiting wineries while receiving a certification from the Cordon Bleu in Paris. I worked as a pastry chef and sous chef before starting my Wegmans career at Next Door. Since then, I’ve enjoyed doing corporate training for our new restaurant openings, and I love being able to educate our staff and guests about food. My goal is to enhance each guest’s dining experience here at Amore. Wegmans is a family, and it shows each day at this restaurant. We have a wonderful staff here, and we’re looking forward to serving you!"
